In this virtual 30-minute chat, we’ll discuss your health journey and goals, and I will provide more information on the program.

1:1 Education & Coaching
Over the course of (3) virtual sessions, we will deep dive into fertility awareness education and charting your cycle.
We’ll also review your chart and complete in-session exercises, providing you with the knowledge needed to manage your fertility and health with confidence.
Medical Management Referrals
Sometimes charting reveals hormone imbalances, and if so, doctors trained in FEMM are there to help.
If desired, I will help refer you to a doctor who can read your chart and help address possible underlying issues.

The mini kit includes a 50-pack of ovulation strips, colored pencils, and copies of the paper chart. I will email you PDFs of the session materials. Product cost and handling included.
*Starting kit purchase not required, but all materials must be acquired prior to beginning sessions. If you choose not to purchase the add on, you will receive digital PDFs of session materials free of charge and you can purchase the ovulation strips and colored pencils of your choosing.

After completing the full FEMM education program, I will review your chart on an ad hoc basis. Whether it’s the month following program conclusion or 10 months down the road, I’ll provide you with insights on your chart and answer any questions you have.

If applicable (i.e., your chart shows signs of possible hormonal imbalances), I can provide you with a referral to a FEMM-certified medical professional who can read your chart to test for and help address any additional hormonal concerns. Telehealth options are available.
